Another heavy toro, brush-cutting, mulch collecting day. Collected largest amount of mulch, ever. Lots more coming if the weather holds.
Apart from a small section on East, the whole farm has been cut now. Brush-cutting is about 60% done.
Refurbishing the Old Garden after the heavy rains. New seedlings and bed preparation.
Pinciana planted on east. “citation” tree planted olive hill, south side.

Big toro, brush-cutting & mulch collecting day. Most of west cut now. Lower slope on east.
Old garden: seedling planting various vegs.
Cleaning out shade houses.

Sunny morning, clouded avo, dry, some rain may be coming. 24. Moon nearly full.
First dry enough day to toro. Best paddock, east top areas. Also some mulch collection. Sophie garden and old garden, raised bed, all being restored after massive rains.

Jarman, new calf, not sure yet if boy or girl. Looks strong and is already sucking.

The Old garden is pretty much flooded and food production severely cut back.
Have to stop market for a while and re-group.

First day back after 10 day break. We have had two weeks of solid rain. The farm is drenched. Grass growth is phenomenal. It will take a some time to get the place back into shape.
Started with brush-cutting west top section, gully and tea shed area, citrus. Barrie getting gardens back into swing. Some toro work but very limited because of wet.
