Chromatography
Chromatography refers to a range of physical methods used to separate and analyse complex mixtures. It involves a separation of components into two phases: stationary and mobile. Biodynamic farmers use this process to test preparation, soil and produce for vitality. The 'chroma test' was popularised by Ehrenfried Pfeiffer (1899 - 1961).
